Right of Withdrawal — SharKi Trading System

Effective date: 5 September 2026

Consumer notice: For ordinary online distance contracts, EU/Polish consumer law generally provides a 14-day withdrawal period, subject to statutory rules and exceptions.

1. Withdrawal period

If entitled, a consumer may generally withdraw within 14 days from conclusion of the relevant distance service contract.

2. Immediate start of a paid service

If paid service begins during the withdrawal period, checkout may require an express request/consent and acknowledgement of statutory consequences. Proportionate payment may be due for service already supplied, depending on applicable law and the legal classification of the service.

3. How to withdraw

Send an unambiguous statement through Official SharKi Telegram. Include your account email, order/payment reference and purchase date.

4. Model statement

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for SharKi Trading System subscription access ordered on [DATE].

5. Refund timing

Where withdrawal is valid and a refund is due, it will be processed within the period required by applicable law.

6. Mandatory rights

This notice does not restrict any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
