SharKi Trading System

Terms of Service

Rules governing use of SharKi, the Terminal, subscriptions and connected-exchange functionality.

Effective date: 5 September 2026

These Terms govern access to and use of the SharKi Trading System website, SharKi Terminal, subscriptions, connected-exchange functionality and related software services.

1. Service provider

2. What SharKi provides

SharKi provides software-based market intelligence, trading analysis, execution tooling, exchange connectivity, autonomous execution controls, manual trading tools, position-management functionality and related reports.

SharKi is software. Unless expressly stated otherwise by the operator and permitted by applicable law, it is not an exchange or custodian and does not take custody of user trading capital. Regulatory classification can depend on jurisdiction and product configuration.

3. Eligibility

4. Account and security

You are responsible for accurate account information, login security and connected-exchange security.

5. Exchange connections and execution permissions

Exchange connectivity is optional and user-controlled. You decide whether SharKi Autonomous Trading is enabled. When enabled, SharKi may submit, modify or cancel orders within your configured permissions and limits.

6. Trial and subscriptions

New users receive a 14-day full-access trial after required account verification, with no card or upfront payment. Current fixed-term plans are 69 USDT for 1 month, 179 USDT for 3 months and 599 USDT for 12 months. Checkout is authoritative for the price and payment route presented at purchase.

Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, payment purchases access for the selected fixed term and does not create automatic card renewal.

7. Digital-asset payments

Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. Verify token, amount, network and destination before payment.

8. Risk and no performance guarantee

Cryptocurrency futures and leveraged trading involve substantial risk. SharKi does not guarantee profit, avoidance of loss, uninterrupted execution or any particular result. Read the Risk Disclosure and Trading Disclaimer.

9. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, abuse exchange APIs or use the Service unlawfully.

10. Intellectual property

SharKi software, branding, interface designs, model logic, source code, decision architecture and documentation remain the property of the operator or applicable licensors.

11. Availability and changes

SharKi may deploy maintenance, security fixes, upgrades and feature improvements. Temporary interruptions may occur.

12. Complaints and support

Support and complaints can currently be initiated through Official SharKi Telegram. Do not send passwords, seed phrases, private keys or exchange secrets.

13. Termination

Access may be suspended for material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, legal restrictions or non-payment, subject to mandatory rights.

14. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without a guarantee of trading performance. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Consumer rights

Mandatory consumer-protection rules remain applicable where relevant. See Right of Withdrawal.

16. Governing law and disputes

Applicable governing-law, court and ADR details will be published with the formal commercial operator details before paid commercial subscriptions are activated. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected where applicable.

17. Changes to these Terms

Updated Terms may be published when necessary for legal, security, technical or product reasons.
