1. Market risk
Digital-asset prices can move sharply and unpredictably. Market gaps, thin liquidity, news, macro events, liquidations and exchange-specific events can cause losses before a strategy can react.
2. Leverage and liquidation risk
Leverage magnifies gains and losses. A relatively small adverse move can produce a large percentage loss on margin and forced liquidation.
3. Execution risk
Planned prices are not guaranteed fill prices. Limit orders may not fill and market orders may experience slippage.
4. Autonomous execution risk
When autonomous trading is enabled, software may submit and manage orders without separate confirmation for each action. Incorrect configuration, defects, stale data, API errors or unexpected market conditions can cause unintended outcomes.
5. Exchange and counterparty risk
Connected exchanges are independent third parties. SharKi does not control their solvency, availability, custody practices, API quality, liquidation engine or internal rules.
6. Technology risk
Internet outages, server failures, exchange API degradation, data gaps, third-party outages, software bugs and maintenance can interrupt analysis or execution.
7. Model and strategy risk
No algorithm is correct in all market regimes. A system may experience losing streaks, drawdowns and false signals.
8. Liquidity and funding risk
Funding rates, spreads, order-book depth and liquidity can change quickly.
9. Payment risk
Digital-asset subscription payments involve network, address and stablecoin-specific risks.
10. Performance data
Past performance, backtests, simulations, SharKi Fund results and model ROI do not guarantee future results.
11. User responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether leveraged trading is appropriate, setting capital/risk limits and understanding autonomous execution.
